Our Mission
When Isobel was diagnosed with Sarcoma, her brother Josh asked Isobel what he could do for her, and she said I want to raise money for Sarcoma UK so I am going to arrange a Charity Ball, and you can run the London Marathon for me.
In April 2024, Isobel arranged a black-tie charity ball in aid of Sarcoma UK. Over 250 people attended on the night in support. A raffle and auction later, Isobel raised £13,000.00! It was an amazing night, which we will forever look back on fondly, a room full of family and friends in support of Isobel, for a charity which means a lot to us all.

As promised, Isobel’s brother, Josh, entered the ballot for the London Marathon and secured a place to run in April 2025 for Sarcoma UK. In November 2024, Josh and Isobel arranged a charity football night to kick start raising money for Josh’s marathon fund. Team Isobel vs Team Josh, both teams included players of Josh and Isobel’s closest family and friends. A 50/50 prize draw game and a party to celebrate after, a huge £3,500 was raised. This was another amazing night with a room full of family and friends in support of Isobel and Josh.

Sadly, Isobel was not here to see Josh run the marathon however after an extremely tough 3 weeks, Josh completed the London Marathon in honour of Isobel in 4 hours 13 minutes, he did her so proud. Josh ended up raising £28,500!

In November 2025, Josh went on to be nominated by Sarcoma UK for the ‘Gaz Emmerson Fundraiser of the Year Award. We were invited to the awards evening where Josh went on to win this award!

Isobel was determined to raise as much awareness for Sarcoma cancer but more importantly, raise money in aid of Sarcoma UK, so that is our mission. Not only do we want to continue Isobel’s wish of raising money for a charity so close to our hearts, we also want to honour, remember the life and continue the legacy of our beautiful Isobel.
